AxioLabel Studio

Which data sources does Studio support?

Excel and CSV. SQL Server and MySQL are supported starting with Automation.

Can I try it without registration?

Yes. The online demo and Studio download are available without a registration form.

What does the license include?

A perpetual right of use on one local workstation and free updates with no time limit.

What if printing must run without an operator?

Use Automation: it adds background execution by schedule, API, or event.

AxioLabel Automation

How is Automation different from Studio?

It includes Studio capabilities and adds template and connection libraries, print routes, a background queue, a dashboard, a journal, and system events.

Can I continue printing interactively?

Yes. Interactive printing capabilities are inherited from Studio.

How many print queues are included in the base license?

Up to five. A separately purchased Printer Pack adds five more queues and can be purchased multiple times.

When will Automation be released?

The public date has not been announced. You can follow the news or apply for early access.

How is Professional different from Automation?

It includes all Automation capabilities and adds custom fields, dynamic workflows, PostgreSQL, XML, and requests to external REST APIs.

What is a custom field?

It is a calculated field that transforms, combines, or supplements source values using a configured formula.

Can a workflow select multiple routes at once?

For the current record, the workflow selects one matching print route based on data and conditions.

How can I purchase Professional?

After release, the product will be available only through sales. You can discuss a future use case now.

How is Enterprise different from Professional?

It includes all Professional capabilities and adds centralized workflow management, publishing and auditing, monitoring, and central directories.

What does monitoring include?

AxioLabel instances, jobs, print queues, printer status, and execution errors.

Which directories are managed centrally?

Templates, printers, data sources, custom fields, and workflows.

Can workflows be published centrally?

Yes, this is one of the planned Enterprise capabilities. The detailed model will be described after the product is stabilized.
