What you can do with AxioLabel

From a product list to unattended printing

AxioLabel Studio

Print labels from an Excel spreadsheet

Create one template for your product list. The name, item code, and barcode come from the selected Excel or CSV row.

  • Check several records in the preview.
  • Print one record or the whole file with the required number of copies.

For the next batch, open the saved template and an updated spreadsheet.

See the Studio workflow →
Studio: an AX-40 label populated from Excel before printing.

AxioLabel Automation

Start printing from your business system

Send data from 1C through a configured REST API integration, or use files and databases. A route connects the source, template, and printer.

  • Configure automatic execution for the selected source.
  • Check job status in the queue and investigate errors.

The operator does not need to open a template for every job.

1C integration requires configuration; this is not a built-in extension for every 1C configuration.

Route: data source, template, and printer. This example uses CSV.
Print queue: job status and access to details.

AxioLabel Professional

Prepare data for a production label

Enrich an incoming job with SQL data, calculate fields, and build a GS1 string before passing the result to the template.

  • Configure transformations in the expression editor.
  • Map GS1 identifiers to scenario fields and validate the string.

Data preparation rules live in the scenario; the template receives ready-to-use values.

Preview access through AxioClub. General release is not yet available.

Explore data preparation →
Data preparation scenario: input, filter, computed field, GS1, and output. A saved draft is shown.
GS1 editor: item code, batch, and production date in one string.
